If you weight 215lbs or less use 5ml each treatment day. 220lbs or more use 10ml per Treatment day. The injections are not painful but if it's too much at 1 Session finish the remainder the next day. Massage the areas in circular motion afterwards. Compress afterwards with Waist trainer or very tight Ace Bandages for 7-8hrs every day. Compression is very very important.
